have you ever been sitting on your toilet and felt/thought like something is coming all the way up out of the sewerage? maybe a rat or in this case a human arm … most of the people that saw this photo were like wtf? … but what you see is certainly not all real. it's two photos merged together. one without the arm and one with. the rest is past work in ps. i do not consider this to be photo manipulation cause there wasn't a bunch of past work needed.

i took this a while ago and never really got to finish it. the original piece had a lot of noise due to high iso. neatimage.com helped me out here much. blood is artificial fake blood from kryolan. i'm sorry for the nasty watermark but i think it is necessary nowadays. hope you enjoy.
